+ LSIP has a total area of 34 hectares. Phase 1 has completed the construction of a 190m length wharf, capable of receiving 20,000 DWT vessels, with an area of 19 hectares cargo yard. Phase 2 will commence the construction of an additional 355m length wharf, capable of receiving 50,000 DWT vessels; a newly 3-hectare multi-purpose, modern warehouse system; expected to be completed by 6/2027

+ The handling equipments include Shore Grane, Reach Stacker and empty container forklifts are from German with RGT system for container yard, all meet international standards.

+ LSIP fully meets the criterias of a Green Port: Resource-efficient use, Environmental quality and Energy-efficient management, the application of information technology, and emission reduction

+ LSIP has completely built up a modern warehouse with 5.1 hectares area, fully meeting all International and Vietnam standards, including of firefighting and lighting system, CCTV, drainage, electrical, weighbridge, charging station, dock leveler, security and safety equipments.
